  1. Introduction<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

    These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Rota Group – North America companies and every services we provide. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.<\/p>

    1. Scope of Services<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

      The Rota Group – North America provides construction, renovation and remodeling services, commercial and residential cleaning and beauty services including but not limited to:<\/p>

      1. New construction<\/li>
      2. Renovation<\/li>
      3. Remodeling<\/li>
      4. Maintenance<\/li>
      5. Addition<\/li>
      6. Cleaning<\/li>
      7. Beauty<\/li>
      8. Consulting<\/li><\/ol>

        \u00a0<\/p>

        1. Payment Terms<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

          Payment for our services is due according to the terms outlined in the contract or agreement between the Rota Group – North America companies and the client. Failure to make timely payments may result in additional fees or termination of services.<\/p>

          1. Project Timeline<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

            We will make reasonable efforts to complete the construction and renovation project or cleaning services within the agreed-upon timeline. However, unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays or supply shortages may impact the schedule. We will communicate any changes to the timeline promptly.<\/p>

            1. Change Orders<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

              Any changes to the scope of work must be documented in writing and approved by both parties. Additional charges may apply for changes requested by the client after the project has commenced.<\/p>

              1. Warranty<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

                We stand behind the quality of our workmanship and materials. We offer a specific and legal warranty on our construction and renovation services. Please refer to the warranty terms for details on coverage and exclusions.<\/p>

                1. Client Responsibilities<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

                  The client agrees to:<\/p>

                  Provide access to the construction or renovation site as needed Obtain necessary permits and approvals Communicate any concerns or issues promptly Comply with safety regulations and guidelines To pay on time as the agreement is<\/p>

                  1. Limitation of Liability<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

                    The Rota Group-North America companies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our construction services, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or damage to property.<\/p>

                    1. Dispute Resolution<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

                      Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions or our construction, remodeling, renovation, cleaning or beauty services shall be resolved through negotiation and mediation. If mediation is unsuccessful, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada or of the province where the services was provided.<\/p>

                      1. Governing Law<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

                        These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Ontario or the province where the services was provided.<\/p>

                        1. Severability<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

                          If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.<\/p>

                          1. Amendments<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

                            We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.<\/p>
