He holds a degree in Civil Engineering, a graduate degree in Business Administration, an MBA in Construction and Real Estate Management, a Construction Management and a PhD in Structural Engineering.
As founder of Rota Group, he has been conducting business in Canada, the USA, and Brazil since 2005. His career, both local and international, has grown since then, culminating in his recognition in Madrid, Spain, in 2013 as the leader of an internationally acclaimed quality construction company.
As of 2017, Lucilei Serido and the Rota Group have been conducting an active role in Canada’s development scene.
